Zahir Iqbal was born into a middle-class family in Jessore Sadar. From childhood, his dream was to contribute to society and his country. He received training in IT and other fields under the Department of Youth Development and founded Shwapno Dakho and Abacus IT Center. Alongside his entrepreneurial work, he actively engaged in social and cultural activities. Besides the Shwapno Dakho social organization, he also founded a debate organization called MMDF. For his contributions to social welfare, he has received awards at both national and international levels.

Through his IT business, he continues to devote himself to various social and cultural activities.
